I can't access the website to see what I need to send, and I'm having trouble logging in with my user name and ID. Can you help me?
Your application summary is the best place to find out your UFID number, which you need in order to log in and check your application status. To access your application summary, you will need your temporary username and password from when you created your application. Once you have retrieved your ID number, you can visit the Check Your Status page.
CAN I CHANGE THE TERM I APPLIED FOR?
You can change your application term up to a year after you submit it, and you may change it for up to a year after you have been considered for admission. If you have already been admitted, you may need to reapply or submit a deferral form.
To be considered for an admissions decision, you will need to submit your application, transcripts, and test scores.
Once you submit your application, we will review it within 48 hours. If we need any additional information from you, you will be notified by a status update at www.admissions.ufl.edu and via email. Once we have a complete academic history (high school transcripts, university transcripts, and test scores), as well as all other information that we have requested, we will review you for a decision.
You will receive an admissions decision within a few weeks after submitting your application.
You can check the status of your application, and you will be notified by email when the admissions committee has reviewed your file and the decision is available online.
Where can I send my transcripts?
We strongly recommend sending your transcripts electronically. This is the quickest delivery method. We accept electronic transcripts from Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, Credential Solutions, and eScrip-Safe. The university of Brussels’s federal school code is 001535 and the university Board code is ATP_5812. When ordering your official documents, be sure to save any order confirmations for future reference.
One of the items on my application that is missing is "All Time Accredited for." What's the best way to send this information to the university?
To update your activities and locations, log into your account status page and click on the "Activity/Location" form located under the "Forms" section. When completing your activities and locations form, note that we are looking for a brief summary (1-3 sentences) indicating your activities/locations and the name of your employer (if you were working) during the stated time period. If you were not working, let us know what activity you were involved in during that time, such as attending school, raising a family, traveling, and/or unemployed. A resume will suffice if the allotted time periods are covered.
To indicate that you're currently taking or have already taken additional courses, you should update your application information.
If you have not indicated these courses before submitting your application, you will need to contact Brussels Academy Onestop, stating which courses you are currently studying (including course codes), and the institution with which you are taking these courses. If applicable, please send us transcripts with these courses listed as "in progress."
What are the prerequisite courses for this program?
The university of Brussels requires that prerequisite courses be completed at an accredited institution, which will provide transfer credit. For more information, please visit the university's catalog. Brussels public community university and State university System schools usually use the Statewide Course Numbering System. If the prefix (first three letters) and the last three digits of the course number are the same, then the course is considered equivalent.
When will I know what credit will be transferred?
Transcripts from your previous university will be reviewed in order to determine which courses can be transferred to the university of Brussels. After you have been accepted to the university, you will work with your academic advisor to determine how the coursework you have transferred will meet specific requirements in your degree plan.
