The first step is to complete the online application form. It is crucial to upload all required documents, including academic transcripts, diplomas, and a copy of your passport. A complete and accurate submission is essential for a swift and successful review.

Upon receiving your offer letter, you must secure your place by paying the full tuition fee. For international students, this step also involves arranging proof of sufficient funds (e.g., a blocked account deposit). Once payment is confirmed, we will issue the final Enrolment Certificate needed for your visa application.
With the Enrolment Certificate, you can apply for a Type D (long-stay) visa at the Belgian embassy in your home country. The application requires a standard file of documents, including your Enrolment Certificate, proof of payment, financial means, a valid passport, academic records, and a medical certificate.
