A Step-by-Step Guide

Here’s a detailed look at each stage of our admission process to help you prepare your application.

01

The first step is to complete the online application form. It is crucial to upload all required documents, including academic transcripts, diplomas, and a copy of your passport. A complete and accurate submission is essential for a swift and successful review.

02

Our admissions team will conduct a thorough review of your application, assessing your academic qualifications and English proficiency. An offer letter is issued upon successful evaluation. Key criteria include:

  • Undergraduate: A secondary school diploma (or equivalent). While IELTS 5.5 is standard, we offer a Foundation Year with an integrated English module for applicants with IELTS 4.5.
  • Postgraduate: A relevant Bachelor's degree. An IELTS score of 6.0-6.5 is standard, and professional experience is highly valued.

03

Upon receiving your offer letter, you must secure your place by paying the full tuition fee. For international students, this step also involves arranging proof of sufficient funds (e.g., a blocked account deposit). Once payment is confirmed, we will issue the final Enrolment Certificate needed for your visa application.

04

With the Enrolment Certificate, you can apply for a Type D (long-stay) visa at the Belgian embassy in your home country. The application requires a standard file of documents, including your Enrolment Certificate, proof of payment, financial means, a valid passport, academic records, and a medical certificate. For more details, please see our visa requirements page.

05

After your visa is granted, you can finalise your registration with the college, make travel arrangements, and prepare for your arrival in Brussels. Our student support team is available to assist with accommodation and any pre-arrival questions you may have.
