Our model: Year 1 is delivered on campus at Brussels College and leads to a progression to year 2 top-up degree programme. Year 2 provides a seamless route to the MBA top-up, delivered in collaboration with WINC, leading to the degree being awarded by the University of Greater Manchester (UK)*. Alongside the top-up, Brussels College enhances your experience with local electives, workshops and optional internships in Brussels.

Integrated MBA Programme

This pathway blends rigorous management learning with applied projects and industry engagement in Brussels, and a seamless progression to the MBA top-up leading to the final award from the University of Greater Manchester (UK).

Delivered on campus by Brussels College, this stage builds advanced capability in leadership, strategy, finance, marketing, operations and research methods. You’ll apply tools to live cases, strengthen analytical reasoning and refine executive communication.

Successful completion awards a recognised Level-7 postgraduate diploma and provides the academic standing for progression to the MBA top-up in Year 2.

Duration: 1 academic year. Delivery: on campus at Brussels College.

This final stage is delivered through our integrated model: the MBA Top-up academic modules are provided by WINC, while Brussels College enhances the programme with local elective courses, professional workshops, and internship opportunities in Belgium. This combination ensures a balance of international academic excellence and local industry engagement.

On successful completion, you will be awarded the internationally recognised Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, conferred by the University of Greater Manchester (UK)*.

Modules are presented by study year. They may include a mix of compulsory and optional units and can be subject to change.

Year 1 Modules (Postgraduate Diploma)

Contemporary leadership models, culture and change, motivation and performance, ethics and governance; leading diverse teams in dynamic contexts.

Industry and competitor analysis, positioning, corporate strategy and execution; strategy under uncertainty and disruption.

Financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, investment appraisal, working capital and financing decisions for managers.

Market insight, value propositions, brand and communications, digital channels and customer experience management.

Operations design and improvement, resilience, KPI frameworks and data-driven decision-making for performance.

Qualitative and quantitative methods, data ethics and applied research design to investigate managerial problems.

Year 2 Modules (MBA Top-Up via WINC)

A substantial consultancy project, business plan or research dissertation demonstrating mastery of strategic analysis and evidence-based decision-making. Supervision and assessment are provided by WINC as part of the MBA top-up, with the degree awarded by the University of Greater Manchester (UK)*.

Additional workshops, sector talks and optional internship opportunities in Brussels complement the top-up and enhance professional readiness. These enrichment activities are organised by Brussels College.

Entry Requirements
  • Year 1 (Level-7 Postgraduate Diploma at Brussels College): Typically a good bachelor’s degree (any discipline considered). Relevant professional experience is valued. Documents required include degree/transcripts, CV, ID/passport and a brief personal statement. An interview may be requested.
  • Year 2 (MBA Top-Up via WINC): Progression from Year 1 at Brussels College to the top-up is expected for our students, provided they meet WINC/University of Greater Manchester academic and English-language requirements and obtain final admissions approval.
  • English Language: Normally IELTS 6.0–6.5 (or recognised equivalent). Applicants who are native speakers or who completed prior education in English may be exempt with official confirmation. For those below the threshold, an Intensive English Module may be required pre-sessionally or alongside initial study, subject to advice.
