Global Access Scholarship
Brussels College is committed to promoting global education access and inclusivity. We offer a 30% Global Access Scholarship to students from low and lower-middle income countries, as classified by the World Bank.
Scholarship Details
- Scholarship Amount: 30% tuition fee reduction
- Available for: Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes
- Eligibility: Based on country of citizenship
- Continuation: Scholarships continue after the first year if the student maintains an average of at least 14 out of 20
Merit-Based Scholarship & Important Rules
Brussels College also offers a Merit-Based Scholarship of 30% for students demonstrating exceptional academic achievement. Please note that students can only receive one scholarship — either the Global Access Scholarship or the Merit-Based Scholarship, not both. Once you are eligible for the regional Global Access Scholarship, that is the only scholarship you can receive.

Students with citizenship from the following countries are automatically eligible for the 30% Global Access Scholarship:
Sub-Saharan Africa
South Asia
Southeast Asia
Central Asia
Latin America & Caribbean
Middle East
Important Notes
- This list is based on World Bank classifications and is reviewed annually
- Eligibility will be verified through citizenship documentation during the application process
- Important: Students holding permanent residence or a second citizenship in a developed country (EU, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) are not eligible for this scholarship, even if their primary citizenship is from one of the listed countries
- Students from these countries are automatically eligible for the 30% scholarship reduction
- The scholarship is awarded at entry and continues based on academic performance
