Alongside our Northwood University-awarded degrees, Brussels College also offers a separate, local & EU-only Pathway route: study your core years with us in Brussels, then top up with WINC (Western International College), an approved provider of University of Greater Manchester programmes, to graduate with a full UK Bachelor's or Master's degree.
WINC delivers the top-up year itself, entirely online — Brussels College's role is to teach your core years and refer you into the programme. This is a distinct arrangement from our Northwood affiliation and does not involve WINC or University of Greater Manchester in any part of our Northwood-branded degrees.
Two routes, depending on which Pathway programme you start with at Brussels College.
Study the core years of the Bachelor in Business Management or Bachelor in Computer Science at Brussels College, then top up with WINC's BSc (Hons) Business Management (Top-Up) or BEng (Hons) Software Engineering (Top-Up) — a 1-year, 120-credit programme awarded by the University of Greater Manchester, delivered online by WINC.
Complete the Business Management (Level 7) programme at Brussels College, then top up with WINC's MBA (Top-Up) or MSc Accountancy and Financial Management (Top-Up) — awarded by the University of Greater Manchester, delivered online by WINC. Business Management graduates are eligible for advanced standing.
Our admissions team can walk you through Brussels College's Pathway programmes, entry requirements, and exactly how the WINC top-up year works for your situation.
Beyond the Bachelor's and MBA/MSc top-ups, WINC (as an approved provider of University of Greater Manchester programmes) also offers these full MSc programmes — a natural next step for Computer Science pathway graduates.
Western International College (WINC London) is a UK-based distance-learning provider, approved to deliver University of Greater Manchester programmes online. WINC is responsible for the full academic delivery of the top-up year — teaching, assessment, and the awarding process — through its own online campus.
Brussels College's role is limited to teaching your core years and referring eligible students into WINC's programmes; the top-up year itself is entirely WINC's, and your academic relationship for that year is directly with WINC.
This WINC/UoGM route is a separate academic pathway from Brussels College's Northwood University-awarded degrees (BBA in Management, BS in Computer Science, MBA), which are open to international and EU students and are taught full-time on our Brussels campus. The WINC top-up route is reserved for local & EU students enrolled in our Pathway programmes.
